Schedule:

 

7:00 – 8:45 a.m. – Packet pick-up and registration ($40 on race day)

9:00 a.m. – Start of the 5K run/walk

10:00 a.m. – Awards Presentation

10:05 a.m. – Silent Auction Ends

10:00 a.m. – Noon – Celebrate at the post-race party!

Registration: Online registration will be available soon. On-site registration is available at packet pickup on Friday, December 18, 2020 and Saturday, December 19, 2020. Race field will be capped at 2500 registrants.

 

Please note: Although we make every attempt to provide event shirts to all registered participants, shirts are not guaranteed for on-site registration.

Parking: Parking is available on city streets around the Carmel Racquet Club.

 

Additional parking is available nearby in front of Jack’s Donuts and throughout Merchant’s Square.

 

All volunteers should park in the Jack’s Donuts parking lot, or in the former Marsh parking lot at 2140 E 116th Street. Both locations are less than a 10 minute walk.

 

Cash Purse: Top Three Male and Female finishers

 

1st – $200

2nd – $100

3rd – $50

 

Age Group Awards:

 

Top 3 in each age group will receive their choice of a gourmet donut.

 

Age groups: under 10, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75+

 

The top three (3) finishers in each age group will receive a Podium Performance mug. First place in each age group will also receive a gourmet donut.

 

Doggie Awards: Prizes will also be awarded to our four-legged friends for the fastest four-legged finish, largest competitor, smallest competitor, and the best costume.

 

These four (4) winners will receive a Podium Performance mug, special gift and a donut (for their two-legged companion).

 

Please note: Dogs are welcome in the expo area within the Carmel Racquet Club and must remain on leashes measuring 4′ or shorter. Dogs off their leash or on a long leash will not be allowed indoors at the Carmel Racquet Club or in the event. Dogs may not race off-leash. This is for safety reasons.

 

Post-Race Party: Beer and mimosas will be available for those over the age of 21. Must have ID.

 

Race Photos: Smile for the camera! Photos are FREE again this year.

Silent Auction: Back by popular demand! Make sure you bid before and after the race for special prizes. One hundred percent of the silent auction bids will be distributed to charity.
