When and where is Packet Pickup?

Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes, a friend or family member may pick up your packet on Friday at packet pickup, or on race morning. No ID or confirmation required.
How do I get the super cool stocking cap?
Super cool stocking hats are sold out. Hats not picked up during packet pick up will be available for purchase for $10 after the completion of the race.
Where can I park on race morning?

RECOMMENDED: Former Marsh Supermarket in Merchants Square located @ 2140 E 116th St, Carmel, IN 46032 (8-10 minute walk)

Various areas along Medical Drive at your discretion. We do not have any formal parking partnerships for this event. -
NO PARKING: at the Carmel Racquet Club. Space is reserved for members and event staff ONLY.

NO PARKING: at the CHASE Bank on Carmel Drive directly across from the Carmel Racquet Club. They said they will tow this year as they are open for business.
Is there a virtual option available?

When will virtual packets be sent?
The week following the event at the latest.
Are there donuts on the course?
YES! Donuts will be on the course at miles 1 and 2.
Are there donuts at the finish?
YES! Donuts will be at the post-race party (along with beer).
Are there awards?
YES! The top 3 male and female overall will receive cash awards as well as some promo items.
The top finishers in each age group will receive a promo award and special gourmet donut, and the top 3 in each age group will receive a promotional award. (Virtual participants will not be included in the overall or age group awards.)
ALL finishers receive a limited-edition medal.
Will there be water stops along the course, too?
Yes, water will be on the course at miles 1 and 2.
Can I participate with my child who is under 6 years old?
Yes! Children under age 6 may participate with a parent or guardian. There is no fee for participants under 6, however they will not receive an event shirt, hat or medal.
Can I run or walk with a stroller?
Yes, our course allows for strollers. For safety, please start at the back if you are running or walking with a stroller.
Can I run or walk with my pet?
Dogs are welcome on the course but must remain on a leash measuring 4′ or shorter for safety reasons.
Can I register on race morning?
Yes, race day registration will be available. Registration will also be available during packet pick-up on Friday. Please note: Although we make every attempt to provide event shirts to all registered participants, shirts are not guaranteed for on-site registration.
